The week’s plan writes the shopping list.
Settle seven dinners, shop once. Wochenküche adds up the ingredients from the plan, sorts them into the order you walk the shop, and still knows what they cost last time.

What the rest of the week needs
The plan and the list are the point. The rest is here because otherwise it ends up back on notes stuck to the fridge.
- Recipes
- Thirty are there from the start — from a tray of roast vegetables to bread, cold cuts and cheese, because the hard evenings are exactly the ones nobody cooks on. Add your own, and quantities scale to the number of people you cook for.
- Prices
- Record what something cost while you are in the shop. After that the list carries the usual price — the median, so one expensive week cannot drag it around.
- Timetable
- Enter the school week once, with sport and music beside it. Who is out and when sits next to the food, rather than in a second calendar.
- Assistant
- Reads the plan and suggests what is missing. It cannot enter anything — what lands in the week is what you pick.
The tablet on the kitchen wall
An old tablet, set up once, shows the week for good: what there is today, who is out when, what is still missing. It never signs itself out and cannot change anything — it hangs on the wall, where everyone can reach it, including the people without an account.
Change the plan on a phone and the wall has it seconds later.
